A Lost Tooth and Christmas Fun

I love a good Christmas party!! They seem to always have some fun twist to them! Our Bible study party was sooo funny this year! Our teacher, Leigh, is a very fashionable lady and as a surprise to her we wore the most lovely Christmas sweaters to see if she would even notice (she did)! It was so funny seeing everyone in their sweater. I know my mom has a closetful, but since she doesn't live near me I had to borrow one.

And of course, our annual party...complete with the annual picture of Benjy that was fought over! The singing filet-o-fish was also a hit!



At school they had a author's showcase. Mg read a book she wrote about her gingerbread girl out to all of the parents. She did such a good job! The next day they had their Christmas party.


And right after the Christmas party in the car she lost her first tooth!!!! I looked back at her at her tooth was bleeding and as much as I don't like to pull a tooth, I knew it had to come out asap. So, I barely pulled on it and it came right out. She looked at it and was doing a mix of a laugh and cry! I wa so glad that it was out! She was looking at her new smile in the mirror every chance she got! The tooth fairy brought her $5! She told her it was $5 for the first tooth and then not as much for the rest (: We went to Forever 21 the next day and she bought nave glitter nail polish and lipgloss with her money. The next bottom tooth is ready to come out any day!


Parent Observation day in dance is one of my favorite. You get to see what they have been working on and a little of what you can expect for the recital. She knew so many ballet poses!

Auggie is back and up to his old tricks! As soon as her feet her the floor in the morning MG is looking for him!

Almost time!!!

Oh, and did I mention that out whole entire upstairs had to have the carpet pulled up, floorboards removed, sanded, replaced,and carpets re put down? Just a little something fun to add to the Christmas fun.
